Acceptance of Terms of Use and Terms & Conditions
By accessing and using the United King website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. United King reserves the right to update or modify these terms from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

Our Service
United King reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services provided, temporarily or permanently, without notice. We are not responsible for any delays, interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies that may occur while using the website.

Products, Pricing and Availability
United King aims to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability information. However, actual products supplied may vary slightly from images shown due to manufacturing updates, colour variations, or product improvements.
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated. United King reserves the right to update pricing, product information, and availability without prior notice.
All products sold by United King qualify for delivery, subject to the delivery terms outlined below.

Orders and Payment
Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and reflected in the United King bank account.
Pool tables, soccer tables, and other products that are not currently in stock may be manufactured to order. Production will only commence once payment has been received.
Walk-in customers are welcome to purchase available stock items or place orders for custom-manufactured products. Production availability is only secured once payment has been received.

REGISTRATION AND PASSWORD

You as the user are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your log in details and passwords an shall be responsible for all users via your registration and/or login, whether authorised or unauthorised by you. It will be you the user’s responsibility to notify us immediately if any unauthorised logins or registrations take place on your account.

Product Availability and Manufacturing Lead Times
Pool tables, soccer tables, and other made-to-order products generally require up to 3 weeks for manufacturing, although orders may be completed sooner where possible.
Specialised or custom products may require additional time. Customers will be informed of expected lead times before production begins.
Accessories and stocked products are available for collection or dispatch once payment has been received.

Delivery Information
United King delivers throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners, including The Courier Guy (TCG) for smaller items and a third party for large items such as pool tables that may require installation. Delivery costs are for the customer's account unless otherwise stated.
We also offer cross-border delivery options. Courier arrangements are available for Botswana and Eswatini (Swaziland). For other African countries, customers may arrange collection from our premises or nominate their own courier provider, provided they can supply the required documentation. All transport costs are for the customer's account.
International orders are welcome. Customers may arrange their own courier or freight forwarder to collect orders from our premises in Alrode, Gauteng. All shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and transport charges are the customer's responsibility.

Order Processing and Handling Times
Online orders placed during weekdays are processed on the next business day, after which courier collection is arranged through The Courier Guy.
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Orders placed after the second Friday of December each year, during the company shutdown period, will be processed once United King reopens in January.
Customers are also welcome to arrange collection using their own courier or transport provider.
All ‘request a quote’ will be quoted separately and the process times will be advised.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier schedules, and order requirements.
Estimated transit times:
• Local metropolitan areas: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
• Regional and outlying areas: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
• Cross-border and international deliveries: Subject to the lead times of the selected courier or freight provider.
• Larger items (like pool tables) delivery times will be communicated – request a quote option
The Courier Guy delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside of United King's control.

Delivery Costs
Delivery charges are calculated through The Courier Guy shipping integration on our website and are based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
The Courier Guy is also used for delivery arrangements on in-store purchases where required.

Free Delivery
Free delivery is available on qualifying orders of R1,750 or more, subject to delivery location, courier availability, and standard courier conditions.
All larger items (like pool tables) delivery cost will be quoted separately as different delivery costs, installation, sleep out costs may apply

Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt provided that:
• The product is unused.
• The product is undamaged.
• The product is returned in its original packaging.
• The product is in a resalable condition.
If United King supplied an incorrect product, we will arrange collection of the incorrect item and deliver the correct product at no additional cost to the customer.
If the customer ordered the incorrect product, the customer will be responsible for returning the item to the United King premises. Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, a refund or exchange will be processed.
A 5% handling fee may apply to refunds.
Special-order items, customised products, and products manufactured specifically according to customer requirements may not be eligible for return unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

Exchange Policy
If United King supplied the incorrect product, we will collect the item and replace it with the correct product at no additional cost.
If the incorrect product was ordered by the customer, the customer is responsible for returning the product to United King. Exchanges or refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
A 5% handling fee may apply to refunds.

Second-Hand Products
Second-hand products are sold on a "voetstoets" basis and do not carry a warranty unless otherwise stated. Customers are encouraged to inspect second-hand products before purchase.

Warranty Information
Warranty terms vary depending on the product and manufacturer. Customers should contact United King regarding warranty claims and product support.
Privacy Policy
Any personal information collected through the United King website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property
All trademarks, designs, images, content, and intellectual property displayed on the United King website remain the property of United King or the relevant rights holders.
No content, designs, trademarks, or materials may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from the use of this website, products, or services will be governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
